Jan 6 - Clash of Clans

He deleted the Clash of Clans game because he knew that I wouldn't like it if he kept playing. Even though he was already at level 16 and really liked the game. What a sacrifice.

Jan 5 - Pangsit again

He told me that while he was in the shower that morning, he got all excited because he was thinking of eating the pangsit and noodles again.

Jan 4 - Pangsit

Today I made him pangsit, just as he asked me to. When he came back from work, he was genuinely impressed and amazed by it. He even said "It looks so real!" Off course it's not fake.. :p

He also said that he didn't want to share it with anyone because "it's mine!"

Jan 3 - Phone Password

Today I changed the password of his iPhone because he was paying it too much. It was a random sequence that had no significant meaning at all. Somehow, he was just able to figure it out... Does he know my mind so well?

Jan 2 - Refrigerator

I asked him to put my leftover food in the refrigerator because I forgot to do so last night. So when he woke up early in the morning to go to work, he put it in the refrigerator first. This was it didn't expire.

Jan 2 - Insanity's Insane

Today my whole body hurts from head to toe because of the insanity work out that I tried out for the first time yesterday. Sitting down, going down the stairs, standing up all became too difficult. James continued the Insanity for the second day with no pain, but didn't allow me to join. He said "If you join then I won't do it!" even though he really wanted to exercise that day. He knew it would be too painful for me.

At night, he was so tired already after his work, Insanity work out, and the music workshop we had about the sound system. But when I asked him to massage me, he still did it without complaining. :)

Jan 1 - Mango Medley

Today we went to a new desert place with Irvingers plus Elissa. Me an James tried out the meal for two. He wanted baked ox tongue while I wanted baked pork chops. Turns out that to qualify for the special, you need to order the exact same dish. So in the end, James gave up the ox tongue that he wanted so much, and chose the pork chops I wanted. What a great sacrifice!

Dec 31 - New Year Celebration

Today we were at church to have our countdown. Pastor prepared a game where he showed a picture and we had to write as much as possible what was in it. Until the third round, there were Dorothy, Mandagi and me left. The topic was sports symbols, so it can be interpreted in many different ways. I wrote down bowling, which became the biggest debate of the night; whether it as in the picture or not.

James was playing his phone the whole time, but became interested in the chaos. James: No! Bowling is not included! Cannot be counted! Me: James!!! I wrote bowing! James: Oh... ..... Bowling can be included!! Can!!!

LOL... Lucunyaaa Jamesss! :3

In the end, I won the iPod Shuffle though. Through another game of guessing the number that pastor had in his mind between 0 to 10.000.

Dec 28 - Kue Lontar

Today I wanted to make kue lontar for the first time! I followed the recipe I got, which was to let it in the oven for one hour, with the heat of 180 degrees. After one hour passed, I checked the oven to see that the cake was still in a very liquid form... Thats not right...

So I called James for SOS. After he came up and took a look at it, he said something that became the key to the problem. "Is the 180 degree in Celcius or Fahrenheit? The US ovens use Fahrenheit." And indeed!!!! 180 degrees was in celcius and had to be converted first. So then I converted it, continued cooking, and it was successful!

Yay! And James liked the Cake! To the point where he ate 80% of it all! :D

Dec 27 - I Love Sausage

Today Hansen bought the Cajun Shrimp and we ate it together at James' place with me, James, Hansley and Hansen. There were only like 12 pieces of sausage. James knew that I'd rather eat the sausage rather than the shrimp. So he withdrew from taking the sausage just so that I could eat more of it. :) Even when I offered it, he only took a small bite to give me the rest.

Dec 26 - Christmas Gift

Today we went shopping to Serramonte Mall. Apparently there was an after Christmas sale we didn't even know about! We saw a leather jacket at H&M, and he bought it for me. After the long nagging that I should get it, in the end, he was the one to get it for me. Plus he used the 20% discount coupon on me instead of the belt he wanted to buy. <3
